John is a Senior Partner and head of Landmark Ventures’ Technology Investment Banking practice. He provides M&A, private placement, and strategic advisory services to growth-stage private and public companies across Enterprise SaaS, Adtech / Marketing Tech, Industrial Tech & AI, eCommerce, and Media-related technologies. John leverages extensive corporate, PE, and VC relationships with a significant cross-border focus.

In his twenty-seven-year career, John has closed 75+ transactions with transaction values exceeding $6 Billion. Before joining Landmark, John was a Senior VP with Jefferies & Company, Inc., focusing on M&A and Capital Markets transactions within the technology sectors. Previously, he worked as a VP at Broadview International, as a Senior Associate with Robertson Stephens, and started his career with PwC Securities. John graduated from Brown University with a BA in Business Economics. Outside of the office, he’s a passionate hockey goalie, golfer, skier, and Pittsburgh sports fan. He enjoys time with his family in Greenwich, CT.
