As Chief Financial Officer, Scott drives Butler/Till’s financial strategy, ensuring the agency operates with efficiency, accountability, and a clear path for sustainable growth. Since joining in 2021 as Executive Vice President of Finance and stepping into the CFO role in 2022, Scott has strengthened our financial foundation and supported our mission as a 100% employee-owned company.

Scott brings with him 15+ years of marketing and advertising expertise, paired with extensive experience in business strategy, operations, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions. His well-rounded background also includes deep knowledge in real estate, from negotiations and space planning to maintenance and renovations. Starting his career in public accounting, Scott’s leadership journey includes serving as CFO at Marquis Media and advancing to Controller and then Executive Director, Finance at Partners + Napier in Rochester, NY.

Beyond Butler/Till, Scott is deeply engaged in the community. He serves on the Board of Trustees and chairs the Audit Committee at Nazareth University and sits as a member of the Board of Directors of ESL Federal Credit Union. Previously, he held leadership roles with organizations such as the American Advertising Federation Rochester Chapter, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester, and the Genesee Valley Club, where he served as President and Chair of the Board of Governors.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Nazareth University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
