Rohit Dube is VP, Corporate Development at the Trade Desk for the last 4 years. In this role, he heads M&A  for the Trade Desk and leads TD7, the Trade Desk’s corporate venture arm. Prior to the Trade Desk, Mr Dube served as Managing Director at LionTree Advisors from 2013 to 2021, and was also a member of the founding team. Prior to LionTree Advisors, he worked at UBS Investment Bank from 2007 to 2013, where he was a Director in the Tech, Media and Telecom Group.

Over his career, Mr. Dube has advised on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including advising Charter Communications on the acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, advising Verizon Communications on its acquisitions of Yahoo!, AOL, Edgecast, Hughes Telematics and investment in AwesomenessTV, advising Apollo on its acquisition of Yahoo!, advising Arris on its acquisition of Ruckus Wireless, advising Essel (Zee TV) on the sale of stake to Invesco, advising Saavn on its sale to Jio, and advising Viasat on the acquisition of Rignet.

Prior to his career in finance, Mr. Dube worked as a software engineer at firms including Cisco and Microsoft, and was co-founder of KritiKal Solutions (India). Mr. Dube received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
