Jason manages Stagwell’s capital strategy & corporate development, including targeting, sourcing and 

executing creative, technology, and marketing services transactions on behalf of the company. Jason 

also oversees the company’s relationship with investors and the capital markets. Prior to joining 

Stagwell, Jason served as a Senior Strategy Manager at Microsoft, prioritizing areas of internal and 

external investment, and managing select initiatives of the group. ​

Previously, Jason served as a senior investment professional at hedge funds in New York and Los 

Angeles, including SAC Capital and Intrepid Capital. Jason invested across the technology, media, and 

telecom sectors, with a focus on internet, new media, and alternative energy. ​

​

Jason also has expertise in event-driven & special situation transactions, having served as an analyst at 

Empyrean Capital. He began his career in the mergers and acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley, 

executing deals in the industrial and technology sectors.​

Jason graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance and International 

Business.
